For over 3 years, I’ve served as Lead Property Manager and Project Strategist for Dream Holiday Homes (formerly Unique Retreats) — managing multiple high-value properties across continents.
I’ve rebuilt, refined, and rolled out the very processes entire teams depend on daily.
Whether it’s coordinating global operations, leading scrum-style sprints to tighten workflows, or implementing advanced solutions like our Sleeper Car / Airbnb OS, my focus is always the same:
